🔁 Exchange & Return Policy

At Baseline, your satisfaction comes first.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Exchanges:
You can exchange your item for a different size or color, as long as it is:

- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact

💸 Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

🚚 Shipping Fees:

- Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are covered by the customer
- If the item has a manufacturing defect, Baseline will cover all costs

⚠️ Please Note:

- Used or damaged items cannot be exchanged or returned
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
